We require a 25% deposit within two weeks of sending out your invoice in order to secure the booking. The remaining amount must be paid in full, 14 days prior to your event.

Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks prior to your event and you are eligible for a full refund. If a cancellation is made after the 4 weeks, your deposit will be forfeited. The same conditions apply to rescheduled events.

We only charge a fee for events that are outside of our Melbourne Metro map. Please get in touch with us for the price of travel to your location.

We suggest no less than 4 weeks prior to event. To get custom carts created we need as much time as possible to make your event special. If you want to book less than 4 weeks notice. Please email info@wheelevents.com.au.

Yes, the gelato cart requires access to a power outlet to operate. If a power source is not available, a generator can be arranged; however, this may be subject to limitations depending on the venue.

We can access most locations; however, stairs, narrow doorways, and elevators may pose restrictions. Our cart measures 0.9m wide, 2.1m long, and weighs over 100kg. Please let us know in advance if the venue includes steep driveways, gravel paths, or uneven surfaces.

Our carts are designed to be versatile, making your gelato experience smooth, seamless, and fun! For example, if dessert is scheduled for 5pm, we’ll arrive around 4.30pm, set up the cart, and be ready to scoop right on time. Simple, stress-free, and delicious!
